This morning we went to a friend's house for breakfast. We really like breakfasts here in Germany! I guess you could say it is similar to a typical American lunch. Brötchen (delicious rolls) are served along with different lunch meats, cheeses, fish, hard boiled eggs, and jelly, as well as vegies and dip. Oh, and of course, there is always hot tea and coffee. Very yummy.
Breakfast is served! It's a little different than eggs, bacon and pancakes, but very good!
Brötchen are a very popular German food. They are best when they are fresh, so they can be bought at almost any bakery or cafe early in the morning. They make the best sandwiches!
