I didn't teach her how to do that! :)

Hide & Go Seek anyone???
Last evening, David and I went to the youth meeting together. We had such an enjoyable evening with the youth, and are thankful that they invited us to be with them! David was asked to speak about, "How can I know His will". In order to 'lighten-up' things a bit, we started out by sharing how He brought us together, and how we too sought for His will in it all. Then, David spoke and did a great job! I learned things too! So, thanks for thinking about him as he prepared!
As we were going to the meeting, I realized that the headache I had been having all afternoon was a 'warning sign' that I was coming down with something. As the youth meeting progressed, my throat continued to get sore. When we finally got to bed, I was running a low fever, had chills and was aching all over. I feel a little better this morning, but am trying to take it easy. Now I know how Nina has been feeling this past week!
Also, thanks for thinking about David's Opa and Oma. His Opa went to the hospital yesterday morning for some tests, and then was able to come back home! His Oma also went to the doctors and is home as well. We are thankful that they can still be at home together.
Today, David bought a sleeping bag. While in Asia the past two years, ours proved to be very useful, as David did different outdoor activities with the youth from the local family group. Well, all we know is that one day our sleeping bag was there, and then the next day it wasn't. We tend to conclude that it was somehow stolen out of our apartment in Asia, yet we don't have any proof. Thinking that we will need one for the future, David came home with one today. Of course, the girls had to 'try it out'!
And here are just a few pictures that one of our former co-workers took this past April. He, along with nine other youth from the family group, walked across frozen Lake Baikal in a couple of days. (We are talking about over 70 miles in three short days!) David participated in this annual event when we were there, and his warm sleeping bag was much appreciated as they spent a night on the ice.
