Since we've been here in Germany, the girls have found quite a good friend! Elena is a young girl from our family group here, and she absolutely loves Aria and Nina! Every Sunday after the morning meeting, she will come find us, help the girls with their coats and hats, and then take them by the hand to play for a while until it's time to go home. The girls love her, and Nina always has a big hug, especially for her.
Elena didn't have school today, and so she called this morning, asking if she could come and take the girls outside for a walk! So Elena, her mom, and neighbor boy, Ben, came and took the girls outside for a while! The girls loved it, as they picked flowers and explored outside. And, as always, Elena had a pocket full of candy for them! What a sweet girl she is! We are so thankful for Elena, and girls like her, who take the time to be a 'big sister friend' to our Aria and Nina. We love you, Elena!
