This afternoon, David brought two beautiful pumpkins home with him! I’m so excited about these pumpkins! I plan on cooking and freezing them, as it is always nice having some pumpkin on hand for baking. (I think pumpkin is really yummy. :D) But not only that, I think it makes a great baby food! Sweet potatoes would be ideal, but since we can’t get them here, I was hoping to find some pumpkins for our little Micah. Last year, we didn’t find any (which turned out to be o.k. since we weren’t here anyway). So I am so thankful that this year we have two! David also brought home some big, garden-fresh tomatoes that I’m hoping to turn into pizza sauce. Thanks so much, David, for finding the pumpkins and tomatoes for me! (But most of all, thank-You for providing them for us!)
