Asking for your thoughts

We recently heard some very sad news about some people that went to school with us. Curtis and Joanna have three little children, about the same ages as ours. They were in Brazil learning Portugese with the hopes of going to Mozambique to work. Well, recently, Joanna began having severe headaches. After getting checked, they discovered that she had a tumor the size of an orange in her brain. Through surgery, they were able to remove 90% of the tumor. After testing, it was revealed that this tumor is cancerous and is a #4... the highest level. They are planning on beginning chemotherapy and radiation as soon as possible, yet even with those treatments, the doctors are only giving Joanna 1-2 years to live. They are hoping for a miracle. Please, please keep this young family in your thoughts. Thank-you!
