One of the many conversations at lunch today...
Aria: "Mommy, this food is yummy! Even the soup is yummy."
Me: "Good."
Aria: "Mommy, food isn't ewwy. Just bugs are ewwy."
Me: "Right, Aria."
Aria: "No food is ewwy, mommy. Just bugs are ewwy. Birds eat bugs. (Pausing to think) Mommy, why do birds eat bugs???"
Me: "Birds think bugs are yummy, just like you think the soup is yummy."
Aria: "Oh."
