Electric Problems

The last couple of days, we have been having some electric problems, which includes sparks and overheated wires in our electric box! We called the electrician of our building right away, but we are still waiting for him to come and fix it. So in the meantime, we have been using our electricity at a bare minimum (basically just the fridge). We are getting pretty tired of eating bread, tuna fish and mayonaise, and we really need to do some laundry soon. Yesterday, David called his good friend in Germany, who is an electrician, and they talked about what the problem could be. So, my husband (who is not an electrician) attempted to fix the problem last evening, much to my nervousness! Thankfully, he is still o.k. and he did do a great job at fixing most of the wires. Still, there is one wire that is still throwing sparks like crazy. Hopefully the electrician will come soon, as we are having guests this afternoon, and it would be nice to serve them something besides tuna fish. :D
