Back on-line

Hello everyone! Sorry that it's been a little while since I posted. Our internet connection has been extremely slow and unreliable (yet still expensive), so last week, we worked on getting a faster connection. Our connection is so much better now, for which we are so thankful! Now we can get things done so much quicker. It is really nice.

It has really warmed-up here the past week. Temperatures now reach around +10 degrees C during the day. It just makes one sooo happy to be able to be outside in the warm, bright sunshine. The kids and I go outside now for several hours during the day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. As it is warmer, more and more people are outside. It has been so good for the kids to be able to play with other children while outside. And it has been really good for me to practice my Russian, as I talk with the other moms and children. It's also been good for my Tuvan as I listen to the children talking with eachother, moms talking to their kids, and even as I try and practice some of what I know. I really enjoy where we live and getting to know our neighbors better. We are so glad it's spring! :)
