Waiting some more

Hello everyone! Just wanted to give a little update on our visa situation.

No, the twins' passports are not yet stamped with the new 3 year visa. Yet, we still have a bit of hope. The lady at the immigration office, who worked way overtime yesterday in an attempt to get all the applications processed (wonderful lady!), said that H & H's applications were sent somewhere to be signed. She said that once she gets them back, she will call us. That is all we know. She has no idea when they will be signed, and when they will be returned to her. We are hoping that this all happens before Friday late afternoon.

So, we would really appreciate your thoughts concerning that, that whoever needs to sign the papers will do so ASAP and that they will be promptly returned to the immigration office, and that H & H's passports can be stamped with the new visa before their present ones run out!

Just in case we need to leave, David has already bought us tickets. He did so last Sunday, with the guarantee that if we don't end up needing them, most of our money will be reimbursed to us. (We didn't want to risk waiting until the last minute to buy tickets when they could be triple the original price, or perhaps there would be no tickets left!) But no, I'm not going to pack one single thing, or even pull out a single suitcase, until I know for sure we need to leave. I'm hoping for the best! :)

Overall, David and I have a peace about the whole situation. We know that however it turns out is the way that it's supposed to. We are just thankful that it's not in our weak, incapable hands, but in the hands of one who is in control of everything.

Thanks for checking in on us! :)
