David just left this morning for about a week-long fishing/boating trip. Today he, along with a friend, are being driven to a river which is over 250 km away. They then plan on floating down the river in a boat until they get back home, while fishing along the way. Of course, they will be sleeping along the way in a tent along the river bank. They aren't exactly sure how long it will take them, but they are planning on completing the river trip in 5-6 days. Will be interesting to see if they can make it back home in that time! I'm so glad that David gets the opportunity to go on this 'nature expedition'. I'm sure he'll really enjoy being in the great outdoors and all the adventure that this trip will hold. :)
And, of course, us 6 will miss him being here... we already do!
