Our Saturday

First of all, yes, I'm still pregnant. =) This little baby seems quite content staying warm and safe inside my tummy!

Here, the first Saturday of every month is the big "Garage Sale" day. Unlike in the States where you drive to individual homes, all those who want to sell things meet in the center of the city and set-up a table with their "stuff for sale". I've been looking forward to going to one for a while now, as I was hoping to find some things for the kids. As our baby has not yet joined us on the outside, I was able to go! My sister-in-law, Lydia and I woke-up before the crack of dawn in order to beat the crowds. After several hours of looking around, I returned with some clothes, books, and a few toys for the kids. They were thrilled! =)

As the weather was SO nice today, and actually quite hot, we decided to spend part of the day at a nearby sea. The kids really enjoyed playing in the sand and wading in the water!

Micah came down with the sniffles today, so he wasn't totally feeling like himself. He was content just to sit in the sand and play. =)

Here's just a short video clip of Hanna discovering sand for the first time. She loved it and was soon covered in it... from head to toe! =)
