Saturday

Yesterday (Saturday) as I was getting Hanna dressed for the day, the conversation went like this:

Hanna:  Mommy, Aria school?
Me:  No, Hanna. Aria doesn't have school today. Today is Saturday.
Hanna:  Sat-ur-day?  Nina kindergarten?
Me:  Nope. Nina doesn't have kindergarten today either. Today is Saturday, where we all stay home and play!
Hanna: Ohhh. Sat-ur-day.

Later on, while changing Hanna's diaper, the conversation went like this:

Me: Hanna, you really need to learn to sit on the potty. Let's go sit on the potty now.
Hanna:  Hanna NO potty. Today Saturday!
