Sunshine, Watermellon, and Good-byes

Today was another super hot day! We definitely are enjoying the sunshine! This evening, David's Oma prepared a wonderful meal and invited the extended family over. We enjoyed a picnic outside with good fellowship. We began saying our "good-byes" tonight, as some extended family members we won't see again before we leave on Monday. It was great being together, and the two big watermellons were enjoyed by all!

Aria and Beni were unable to wait till Uncle Eduard cut the watermellon. They began eating the tops!

I really like this picture. Nina was thrilled to receive a piece of watermellon from Uncle Eddie, while her Great Uncle Victor looks on.

Aria ate SO much watermellon! (I'm going to have fun getting her white shirt clean! She was quite messy towards the end. :D)
