My favorite place...

The balcony is my absolutely favorite place in our apartment. It's so nice being able to have a little taste of outdoors, while indoors! We had a balcony in U-U, and we really enjoyed it. It was just so full of 'stuff' that didn't belong to us, so we didn't feel like we could get rid of it. But this baclony is completely empty! How wonderful! The girls played out there with a bucket of water and some toys for several hours this afternoon! They loved it. And it doesn't matter if they spill the water (which they did), it just gives the floor an extra cleaning and dries quickly in the hot sun. Oh, and during the winter, we can use it as a big walk-in freezer! I see this balcony as a BIG hug from above!
