David returned and departed

We are so thankful that David made it safely back last evening. Overall, the two Davids (:D) had a very good trip, and they were able to succesfully bring our co-workers' container back with them. Thanks so much for thinking about them! Here are just a few photos that David took along the way. He said that the nature is absolutely beautiful and it was like he was driving through the wilderness!

After a meal, shower, and short night of sleep, David left early this morning to make the long trip to where we worked 2 years ago. Sure would appreciate you thinking about him as he travels, visits with friends, and ships the things we have in storage. The girls and I are doing well. Yesterday morning, when Nina woke-up, she right away realized that 'papa' was not here. She then proceeded to go throughout our little apartment calling for 'papa'. When she still couldn't find him, she just stood in a corner and cried and cried. This may be quite a LONG week for all of us!

Yesterday I was busy writing some letters for David to take with him for some friends in UU. I decided to include a picture of the girls with the letters, so I did my best to get a nice shot. It took a little while, but we finally got one. (Aren't digital cameras wonderful???)
