Long, but good days

The past couple of days have been long, but good just the same. All three of us really miss 'papa' and are looking forward to his return this weekend. We are able to talk on the phone quite a bit, which is great! David is doing really well. He is enjoying visitting with friends and is getting things accomplished that need to be. Thank-you for keeping him in your thoughts!

The other evening I pulled out these new tights, which I had gotten for the girls while in Germany. For some reason, they just thought it was great fun wearing them on their heads!

Here they are, after bathtime and ready for bed (just getting a little excercising in first)! (I know, I know, I'm not that crazy about orange tights either. But hey, they have kitty cats on them and were on sale for half off!)

Today the girls and I did a little canning. We had fun!
