All our spices and such that we buy at the store come in small packages. Well, so does the powder sugar. The girls have found out were I keep the powder sugar and will often get two spoons, climb up on top of the counter, retrieve the powder sugar from the cupboard, and indulge themselves, that is, until I stop them!
Well, this morning, our two little munchkins woke-up before their mama and papa. They quietly snuck into the kitchen, found two spoons, climbed up onto the counter, retrieved a package from the cupboard and began to indulge themselves. That's when David and I woke-up to loud coughing and sneezing, followed by screaming. We ran into the kitchen to find two quite upset little girls and this...
After Aria drank some water, she calmed down. But poor Nina continued screaming and screaming. Her eyes were all red and she kept rubbing them, so obviously she had gotten some of the red powder in them. I did my best to wash them out, and after a bit she calmed down. I felt bad for the girls that they had to go through that little episode, but then I was reminded of the following... "be sure your sins will find you out", and couldn't help but chuckle to myself. Aria and Nina were expecting a big spoonful of sweet, yummy, powder sugar. But do you know what they had gotten into instead?
