A Day with Friends

This morning, Micah, the twins and I went to my friend Lily's house for breakfast. I met Lily soon after David and I were first married. She was pregnant with her last daughter, and I was pregnant with Aria. Every time we are in Germany, we like to spend time together. She also generously blesses our family with lots of hand-me-downs, as she has three girls a little older than ours. I really appreciate her friendship and had a great time with her today. Oh, and she loves babies! :)

This very special friend, Lena, (Lily's sister-in-law) faithfully sends us cards and letters while we are in R-land. She remembers every birthday and special occasion. She is such an encouragement to our family!

While the ladies were inside cuddling the babies and playing with Micah, Aria and Nina were having fun outside in the snow with two of Lily's daughters. (David brought Aria and Nina to play after they were finished with morning kindergarten.)
