As I really like pictures, it was always a desire of mine to get some nice professional family photos taken. When I knew that we were returning to Germany for the birth of the twins, I asked David if we could go to a studio and get some pictures taken. I knew of one young lady (David's sister's sister-in-law) who had just recently opened up a studio in her apartment. We had seen some photos she had taken before, and thought she had done an excellent job. When we asked her if she could take some photos for us, she very willingly agreed. We had a fun time with her, posing in many different ways. Overall, the kids did pretty well with all the picture taking, although towards the end, they got tired of smiling. Elvira, the photographer, was so very kind and generous and gave us a CD with all the pictures on it, telling us we could do whatever we want with them! How nice of her! For having 5 little kids to consider while photographing us, we think Elvira did an excellent job! (By the way, Hanna was very photogenic during this photo shoot! Heidi slept through most of it. :D) I thought I'd just go ahead and post some of the pictures she took here.

(I included this one because I thought Aria looked cute, and if you look closely, you can see Hanna smiling up at her papa. :D)

(We love these kids... even though they can drive us crazy at times... we still think they're adorable!)

(This one makes me laugh... Nina's singing, Heidi's stretching, Hanna and Aria are smiling, and Micah is pouting. Can you guess why? Yep, he wanted to hold a baby too! Guess we should have had triplets! :D)

These pictures are so lovely! Thanks for sharing. I'm also excited that you'll be in the area over my spring break. I'm hoping that there is a family 'something' that I can meet the twins! I'll be thinking of you as you travel.

Great pictures of a very beautiful family! :) Love the ornery one of Micah and the pictures of the twins together--actually, love all of them!
