Today, our little boy turned '3'! He and his sisters had been looking forward to this day for several weeks now. =) We are SO thankful for our little guy and consider it a privilege having him as part of our family. Overall, Micah is a very easy-going, good-natured little guy who loves the color 'blue', and anything having to do with airplanes, cars, cell phones, keys, flashlights, etc. He enjoys making his sisters laugh, and is quick to give hugs. Micah David, we are so proud of you and love you lots! Happy 3rd Birthday! =)
We started his special day with some Micky Mouse pancakes...
Micah really wanted to have a pajama birthday party, so that's what we did! Early in the afternoon, the kids all got their baths and put on their PJs. We then pulled out the couch into a bed, piled on their blankets and pillows, and they enjoyed watching a few cartoons and being read some stories. After a supper of hamburgers and corn (one of Micah's favorites), we had some cake and ice cream. Even though his cake was very simple, he loved it!
Here, the older three are all ready to crawl into their "couch bed" for the night! They all just really enjoy this and were happy Micah wanted to have a pajama party for his birthday. Do you notice the little flashlight Micah is holding? Yep, that was his birthday present. We gave it to him at breakfast, and I don't think he has put it down once. He's sleeping with it now. =)
