Today was my best friend's birthday! We took it easy today, and just relaxed together as a family. For David's birthday supper, I made meatball subs. (David really likes meat!) Since David is not much of a 'cake-person', and since I couldn't find any cream cheese to make him his favorite cheese cake, we had his second favorite... ice cream! So, we had some ice cream complete with homemade hot fudge sauce and sprinkles! The girls thought it was the greatest! (Perhaps they ate a little too much as they had trouble falling asleep tonight!) It's just great fun being together as a family. We love it!
